## Discrepancy

LT BLEED DUCT MASTER CAUTION MESSAGE. FOUND DAMAGED CERAMIC INSULATOR AT JUNCTION BETWEEN MT 139 AND MT 202.  R & R SAID ISOLATOR IAW CMM 26-14-14. OPS CHECK FOR LOOP "A" ONLY GOOD.
