SMOKE AFT LAV WARNING AFTER TAKEOFF.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR, IAW CRJ 550 AMM 26-16-01.  OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD OK FOR SERVICE.
