PASSENGER DOOR MASTER WARNING INTERMITTENT AFTER LANDING (RT MIDDLE PIN NOT ALIGNED).  PERFORMED OPERATIONS CHECK OF PAX DOOR, IAW CRJ 550 AMM 52-11-00.  OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
