RH OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR FAILED FUNCTIONAL FORCE GUAGE CHECK FOR OPERATIO OF INTERIOR HANDLE.  LUBRICATED LATCH AND LOCK PINS IAW CRJ AMM 12-20-52. NOW PASSES FUNCTIONAL CHECK IAW CRJ AMM 52-21-00.
