RIGHT ENGINE CANNOT ACHIVE RATED TAKEOFF THRUST. FOUND RIGHT ENGINE PS3 CONNECTOR LOOSE. TIGHTED PS3 LINE IAW CRJ AMM 75-41-07. PERFORMED HIGH POWER ENGINE RUN NO DEFECTS FOUND AT THIS TIME.
