## Discrepancy

RT THRUST LEVER WILL NOT ADVANCE ABOVE IDLE WITH ENG RUNNING FOR TAKEOFF.   REMOVED AND REPLACED T/R DCV IAW AMM 78-32-01 LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD. FAULT PERSISTS. REF LOG PAGE 645688 ITEM 2 FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION.
