NOSE LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND NORMALLY AFTER GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN, AFTER ABOUT 45 SECONDS GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY, FOUND NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR CONTROL VALVE AT FAULT.
