NR 3 PROPELLER UNCONTROLLABLE, NR 3 ENGINE RUNAWAY, 3300RPM.  REPLACED PROPELLER GOVERNOR, INSPECTED ALL OIL SCREENS/CETERFUGE, NO DEFECTS.  OVERSPEED WITHIN LIMITS.
