## Discrepancy

PRECAUTIONARY SHUT DOWN THE NR 4 ENGINE IN CRUISE DUE TO SHORTED SECONDARY ON THE NR 11 CYLINDER.  FOUND CRACKED NOSE CERAMICS ON BOTH PLUGS.  REMOVED AND REPLACED PLUGS.
