FEATHERED THE NR 3 ENGINE AT 1841Z DUE TO RUNNING ROUGH AND LOW COMPRESSION INDICATED, NR 6 OR NR 17.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 17 CYLINDER ON THE NR 3 ENGINE.
