## Discrepancy

NR 2 PROPELLER OVERSPEED, UNCONTROLLABLE, WOULD NOT FEATHER.  FOUND PROPELLOR GOVERNOR INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED PROP GOVERNOR.  LEAK AND OP CHECKED GOOD.
