## Discrepancy

NR 3 ENGINE SHUT DOWN DUE TO OVERSPEED AND LOSS OF OIL.  FOUND NR 3 ENGINE SEIZED AND OIL OVERBOARD.  REPLACED NR 3 ENGINE.  CHECKED GOOD.
