RIGHT FLAP OUTBOARD ACTUATOR BOLT SHEARED.  REPLACED BOLT AND INSPECTED FLAP AND CARRIAGE SYSTEM, OK FOR SERVICE.  INSTALLED NEW NUT AND WASHER.  OP CHECKED GOOD.
