NR 4 ENGINE FEATHERED DUE TO NR 2 CYLINDER DOUBLE SHORTED SECONDARY.  INSPECTED NR 2 CYLINDER SPARK PLUG AND FOUND TO BE PEENED.  REPLACED NR 2 CYLINDER.  OP CHECK GOOD.
