LEFT ENGINE BLEED REMAINS CLOSED AFTER ENGINE START. LEFT BLEED ONLY OPENS AFTER THRUST LEVER IS ADVANCED. PERFORMED LH ENGINE IDLE CHECK IAW AMM 71-00-00, LH ENGINE BLEED OKAY AT IDLE POWER OPS CHECK GOOD.
