APU FAILED TO START WHILE USING BATTERY AFTER REPOSITION. ADJUSTED IGV ACTUATOR BELL CRANK AND BLOCK ASSY. ALSO CONFIRMED IGV ROD DIMENSION A IN REF 767 AMM 49-52, APU OPS CHECK OK WITH BATTERY.
