## Discrepancy

APU ECU SELF TEST SHOWS FAULT IGV ACT.  PERFORMED APU ECU BITE TEST IAW AMM 49-61-05-742-045. NO FAULTS FOUND. BITE TEST PASSED. FOUND APU SHUTOFF VALVE STUCK IN CLOSED POSITION & RELEASED THE VALVE,  SYSTEM CHECKED OK IAW AMM 49-11-00-802-002.
