EXCESSIVE BRAKE PRESSURE NEEDED TO SLOW ACFT, LT BRAKE APPEARS COOL TO THE TOUCH.  BRAKE FUSE FAILED TEST IAW AMM 32-41-00-870-802.  R & R NR 1 BRAKE FUSE IAW AMM 32-41-72, LEAK & OPS CHKD GOOD.
