IN LOADED CRUISE FLIGHT, RIGHT RADIAL ENGINE LOST MANIFOLD PRESSURE FOLLOWED BY A REAR OIL SYSTEM CHIP LIGHT.  ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN, JETTISONED THE LOAD, AND RETURNED TO BASE WITH AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. IFE WAS DECLARED.
