## Discrepancy

N1/EPR FAILED TO ENGAGE TO THRUST WHEN SELECTED ON TAKEOFF ROLL.  RT ENGINE LIMITER MESSAGE ILLUMINATED ON EICAS FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 SECONDS THEN EXTINGUISHED.  REPLACED RIGHT EEC PER MM 73-21-00.
