WEATHER RADAR INOP DURING FLIGHT.  RECYCLED C/B (2) TIMES AND STILL INOP.   REMOVED AND REPLACED WEATHER RADAR TRANSCEIVER IAW MM 34-43-00 AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
