## Discrepancy

R4 FLIGHT ATTENDANT SEAT LEFT FLASH LIGHT INOP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE R4 FLASHLIGHT ASSY AND BATTERY P/N P4-01 0021, INSTALLED A NEW SAFETY STRAP.  OPS CHECKS OKAY.
