ACFT ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO LEFT ENGINE BLEED FAULT LIGHT AND EICAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED MOMENTARILY .  ACCOMPLISHED VISUAL INSPECTION ON BLEED LINES. FOUND GROUND WIRE LOOSE ON PRSOV, RESECURED WIRE,  OPS CHECKED GOOD PER MM 36-11-00.
