LEFT NOSE WHEEL BEARING LOOSE ON AXLE.  WHEEL MOVED INWARD 1 INCH FROM HUB TOWARD NLG STRUT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE WHEEL ASSEMBLY AND AXLE.
