FOUND LEFT BRAKES LOCKED UP DURING TAXI.  INSPECTED AND RETURNED PARKING BRAKE TO CORRECT POSITION OPS GOOD IAW AMM 32-42-25, GROUND TAXI A/C OPS CK GOOD.
