FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTING HISSING SOUND COMING FROM AROUND EMERGENCY EXIT ROW 7 PRESSURIZATION NORMAL.  OPS CHECK PRESSURIZATION IAW AMM 21-32-00-05.  COULD NOT LOCATE A HISSING SOUND AROUND EMERGENCY EXIT DOORS, NO FAULTS FOUND.
