## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED WHILE PERFORMING THE CLIMB CHECKLIST NOTICED THAT THE FUEL FLOW INDICATOR WAS READING 0.  CREW RAN THE CHECKLIST AND RETURNED BACK TO IAD FOR FURTHER MX.  CHANGED THE HARNESS, OPS CK GOOD.
