## Discrepancy

UPON DISASSEMBLY FOR IT'S FIRST OVERHAUL, DAMAGE WAS FOUND ON ONE OF THE THRU STUDS. THE DAMAGE APPEARS TO BE DIPLSACED STEEL UNDER THE THREADED PORTION ON THE SHOULDER OF THE THRU STUD. A RELEVANT INDICATION IS SEEN UNDER MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION. THE LEFT HAND CRANKCASE OF THIS ENGINE ALSO HAS DAMAGE TO THE INSIDE OF ONE THRU STUD BORE LOCATION.
