THIS MAIN ROTOR BLADE WAS REMOVED FOR DELAMINATED ABRASION STRIP REPLACEMENT AT 396.7 HOURS TT.  SUBSEQUENT FAILURES ON THIS SET HAVE CAUSED REJECTION OF THE FULL SET OF BLADES.
