## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT DEPARTED, CREW SWITCHED THE NR 1 TRANSPONDER FREQUENCY FROM TOWER TO DEPARTURE & WAS NOTIFIED THAT THEIR TRANSPONDER SIGNAL WAS INTERMITTENT.
