LEFT POWER LEVER BINDS WHEN ADVANCED FWD.  IN CRUISE POWER LEVERS ARE SPLIT BY ONE KNOB WIDTH.  R & R THE LT ENG FUEL CONTROL UNIT.  A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED.  ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
