## Discrepancy

ENGINE DRIVEN FUEL PUMP PLUNGER RETAINING METAL WASHER AND PLASTIC WASHER BROKE OFF AND WAS FOUND IN THE OIL SCREEN AND OIL SUMP.  BOTH PIECES WERE FOUND CRACKED IN HALF.
