## Discrepancy

CRACKED AILERON SPAR AT BOTTOM OF CENTER HINGE BRACKET.  DISCREPANCY OCCURRED UNDER NORMAL WEAR AND UTILIZATION.  RECOMMEND CLOSE EXAMINATION OF THIS AREA AND THE OTHER HINGE ATTACH FITTINGS.
