AFTER TAKEOFF RT COWLING LATCH POPPED OPEN.  COWLING STAYED ATTACHED, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  INSPECTED RT ENG COWLING & FOUND COWLING OTBD FWD LATCH OPEN.  R & R RT ENG COWLING ASSEMBLY IAW MM.
