RIGHT ENG OVER TEMPS AT CRUISE TORQUE SETTINGS.  UPON INSPECTION OF RT ENG, FOUND HIGH PRESS BLEED TUBE CLAMP LOOSE.  R & R CLAMP IAW MM.  PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS AS REQUIRED.  ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
