WHILE IN FLIGHT, RECEIVED A WHINE IN HEADSET AND AN ODOR OF BURNING INSULATION, SECURED HEATER AND VENT SWITCHES. AFTER LANDING, REMOVED BAGS BLOCKING VENT. INSPECTED HEATER ASSY, NO SIGN OF BURNED WIRE OR DAMAGE, OPS CHECKED SYSTEM AND CHECKED GOOD.
