DURING CLIMBOUT NR 4 ENGINE FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATION AND FIRE BELL SOUNDED.  ENGINE SHUT DOWN, BOTTLES NOT FIRED.  FOUND SENSE LINE OFF PRV.  SECURED LINE & CHANGED UNION PER MM 36-11-19.  OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
