## Discrepancy

NR 3 ENGINE HIGH STAGE VALVE WILL NOT OPEN AT ALTITUDE WITH THRUST LEVER CLOSED.  REPLACED CLAMP ON HIGH STAGE VALVE, OPERATIONAL CHECK & LEAK CHECK OK PER MM 36-11-00.
