## Discrepancy

NR 3 PACK HAD NO CONTROL FROM FLIGHT ENGINEERS STATION.  PACK STAYS ON AND WILL NOT SHUT DOWN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FLOW CONTROL VALVE PER MM 21-51-00.
