## Discrepancy

AFTER PUSH BACK, CREW REPORTED NR 3 ENGINE WOULD NOT START.  PARAMETERS INDICATE NORMAL, NR N1 OR N2 INDICATION.  REPLACED STARTER IAW MM 80-10-00. OPS NORMAL.
