## Discrepancy

FLIGHT CREW REPORTED OUTBOARD AILERON LOCKOUT CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPING.  REPLACED ACTUATOR, NO HELP.  REPAIRED WIRE SPLICE AT S216 PER WDM 27-11-21.  UNLOCKED AILERON LOCKOUTS AND RELEASED PER MEL 27-28.
