## Discrepancy

REPLACE NR 4 ENGINE DUE TO 7, 8, 9 STAGE BLADE DETERIORATION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 ENGINE IAW WORK CARDS ENG FUNCTION CHECK AND LEAK CHECK  NORMAL.
