AFTER PUSHBACK, NR 2 ENGINE WOULD NOT START AND -HP BLEED 2- STATUS MESSAGE DISPLAYED.  RESET ASCTU O/B EXERCISED NR 2 ENGINE START VALVE, SUCCESSFUL ENGINE START ACCOMPLISHED.  REPAIR ACCOMPLISHED PER 80-11-02.
