NR 1 ENGINE START VALVE FAILED.  DEFERRED ITEM PER DISPATCH DEVIATIONS GUIDE PROCEDURE ITEM 80-11-1 CAT C, ALLOWING TO DISPATCH THE ACFT WITH NR 1 ENGINE START VALVE INOP.  MANUAL START REQUIRED.
