## Discrepancy

NR 4 ENGINE, LT THRUST REVERSER LOWER ACTUATOR HOUSING FITTING FOUND CRACKED.  THE ACTUATOR HOUSING WAS REPAIRED IAW CMM 78-32-02, REPAIR 016.
