AIRCRAFT PERFORMED AIR RETURN TO ICN DUE TO ENG 1 FUEL FILT MESSAGE.(<P>ONCE BACK IN BLOCKS, DEBRIEFED CREW AND DETERMINED ALL ENGINE PARAMETERS WERE NORMAL AND NO ERRATIC ENGINE CONDITIONS.
