## Discrepancy

FLIGHT CREW REPORTED TO HKG MX THAT NR 3 ENGINE DID NOT SPOOL UP ON TAKE OFF, BUT SECOND TRY WAS NORMAL.  DISCUSSED WITH PPE, AND DOWNLOADED QAR DATA FOR REVIEW.
