DURING DESCENT, L UTIL BUS OFF AND R UTIL BUS OFF QRH PROCEDURE COMPLETED, POWER RESTORED TO BOTH BUSES.  RESET L&R UTILITY BUS SWITCHES AND THEN OPER' CHKED OK AS PER AMM 24-22-00/501.
