F/O FLASHLIGHT TEST BUTTON INOPERATIVE.  FOUND FO FLASHLIGHT POSITIONED INCORRECTLY. REPOSITIONED FLASHLIGHT & PERFORMED OPS CHECK IAW AMM 25-64-01. OPS CHECK GOOD. THIS CLEARS DMI 256038. PLACARD REMOVED.
