IN CRUISE FLIGHT, TIRE PRESSURE EICAS MSG. GAUGE SYNOPTIC INDICATED TIRE 14 WAS AT 180 PSI AND CONTINUED TO DROP.  R & R NR 14 MWA IAW AMM 32-45-01. VERIFIED SPACER INSTALLED. OPS & LK CHKD OK.
